You're already running the coaching, the course, the book, the speaking calendar. You have more than enough of your plate already.

So it waits. And waits.

Either way, the fix isn't "try harder." It's someone else actually running it — someone who knows the strategy and does the execution, so it stops being the thing you feel guilty about every Sunday night..
